More than 2,400 Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) customers are currently without electricity in Fairfield, according to the Solano County Office of Emergency Services.
The blackout appears to be on both sides of Suisun Valley Road from the Napa County line to Interstate 80. It is also affecting homes and businesses along a portion of Cordelia Road and Red Top Road.
A spokesperson for the county’s emergency office said they are unsure what caused the blackout. A crew from PG&E is investigating. Electrical service is expected to be restored later this afternoon.
