Fairfield police arrest two over robbery in Fresno

Two people were arrested after Fairfield police executed a search warrant on an apartment Wednesday evening, Solano NewsNet has learned.

The arrests happened at an apartment along the 1900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. There, police located two people who were wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred in Fresno, according to a police spokesperson.

Police from Fresno were also at the scene of the raid, according to police dispatches reviewed by Solano NewsNet.

The identities of the two people who were arrested were not immediately available. A spokesperson for the Fresno Police Department confirmed the arrests were related to one of their cases, but declined to provide additional information because they anticipated making more arrests in the near future.
